We provide a simple and value for money solution to online recruitment advertising. Our advertising packages give you maximum online coverage through
our methodology of combining generic, regional and niche jobsites dependant upon the criteria of each role. We have varying levels of package dependant
upon salary level, job function, industry sector and location of the role. All packages can be tailored to suit your personal requirements. We use the top15
generic jobsites on a regular basis, but also have access to 225 niche and trade journal jobsites, 346 UK regional newspaper jobsites and over 500
international jobsites.

The bespoke service:
Generic Jobsites: We form the basis of our online advertising campaigns around a foundation of the UK’s leading generic jobsites. We have compiled a group of the leading jobsites from various criteria such as; page impressions per month, unique users per month, number of jobs on site and ranking within popular search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Ask.
Niche Jobsites: Dependent upon the industry sector, job function and salary we can also add into the campaign a selection of carefully chosen niche and trade journal Jobsites – normally 2 or 3 additional sites.
Regional Jobsites: Dependent upon the location of the role, we will also cascade the advertisement onto relevant regional newspaper Jobsites thereby covering the local geography of your search.
Executive / Management Sites: For Management and Executive positions with a salary level of £40k pa and above we will include the four leading jobsites in this category.
International Jobsites: If relevant, we also have access to hundreds of jobsites across Europe, USA, Asia, Australasia and the Pacific Rim.
Management of the campaign
Job Posting: We post the job on all the chosen sites, saving you a considerable amount of time. All Jobs are posted for 28-days, they are refreshed on a weekly basis and handled in full by your designated Account Executive.
Positioning: We make sure the position is categorised correctly and is therefore easily viewed by relevant jobseekers.
Online Presentation: We can brand your advertisement with the Online Resourcing logo if you require anonymity, or alternatively we can use your own logo.
Refresh: We re-post (refresh) the job once a week, pushing your advertisement back to the front of the site. This ensures prominence throughout the 28-day posting.
Response Handling: We will send all applicants an email confirming receipt of their application and we handle all initial telephone or email queries from candidates.
CV’s: The CV’s from your response are available to download in your designated login centre as and when they are sent by applicants, giving you instant access to candidates. In addition we can also email or post them in batches to you directly.
