Oliver established Online Resourcing in 2005 to provide a service that simplified the rapidly expanding online recruitment sector. What initially started as an advertising service to the recruitment industry has developed into a full service agency providing a wide variety of online solutions to clients ranging from SME’s, public sector bodies, recruitment consultancies and multi-national household named groups.
Before establishing the business Oliver gained seven years recruitment industry experience and prior to that worked in the television industry in London managing blue chip advertising accounts.

Jonathan joined Online Resourcing in 2008 to focus on client relationships and maximise the clients return from their expenditure in Online Resourcing services.
After leaving Northumbria University and studying Logistics and Supply Chain Management he joined one of the leading independent telecommunication distribution businesses in the United Kingdom and managed a range of prestigious clients and projects including BT.com shop, BT Shareholders and Motorola Mobile.

David Downham has an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University and is a Chartered Accountant having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before joining Online Resourcing, he was Head of Finance of an online retailing business overseeing rapid growth of that business up to its listing on the stock market.

With 30 years in the industry, Peter spent his early career in sales, sales management and marketing with Rank Xerox. He joined the recruitment industry with Hoggett Bowers and was influential in the development of Hoggett Bowers into a plc (later aquired by Blue Arrow plc) Group Managing Director of Hoggett Bowers between 1986 – 1991, which at that time had developed into a group of seven recruitment service businesses. Peter subsequently formed Adderley Featherstone plc in 1991 which has since become one of the UK’s leading high level executive recruitment consultancies.
