AIM

Brakes wanted to attract and engage with suitable candidates for a large volume online recruitment exercise to fill a brand new warehouse facility.

SOLUTION

We used MEDIABUILDER to create bespoke and targeted media schedules. With an average of 4 job boards per campaign, MEDIABUILDER attracted an average of 134 applicants per role and reduced the cost per hire. In addition we implemented TALENTMATCH Applicant Tracking System to facilitate candidate management and reduce HR administration.
