AIM

Cube Filtration is a new and vibrant business that wants to bring this innovation to all levels of their business. They wanted to trial a new recruitment offering for two roles that could potentially manage all vacancies including advertising, shortlisting and interviewing at one direct cost. They particularly wanted to avoid using expensive agencies.

SOLUTION

We provided Cube Filtration with two Full Service RECRUITDIRECT Packages where the account team selected a targeted media schedule suited to the specific roles and incorporated shortlisting, interviewing and ATS capabilities. This was providedat one direct cost per campaign with no hidden fees. As a result the RECRUITDIRECT Full Service Package attracted 135 applications and the RECRUITDIRECT team shortlisted and arranged 81 interviews.
