GDF SUEZ Energy International is responsible for GDF SUEZ's energy activities in 30 countries worldwide across 6 regions.

AIM

International Power GDF SUEZ wanted to recruit 4 apprentices across the UK. The aim was to eliminate the use of unclear percentage agency fees whilst still accessing high quality recruitment expertise. Traditional recruitment services to include candidate communication, screening and recruiting.

SOLUTION

From assisting applicants navigating the application process and interacting with parents, our account team CV sifted and shortlisted 377 candidates across 3 different locations in the UK. 37 telephone invitations for an assessment centre were undertaken and the subsequent rejection emails were orchestrated. As a result we invited 16 applicants via telephone to attend a final selection day. International Power GDF SUEZ recruited 4 candidates and now owns an accurate and targeted talent pool.
