AIM

Nespresso wanted to use their luxury brand to attract high performing boutique customer service and retail specialists with core skills in Languages, Customers Service, Sales and Merchandising.

SOLUTION

We used a targeted MEDIABUILDER campaign made up of luxury and retail-specific niche job boards to attract the right candidates. In addition, Online Resourcing provided expert media insight and suggested appropriate enhancements. By using banners, buttons and e-shots for 30+ MEDIABUILDER campaigns in a 12 month period, Nespresso recruited over 160 candidates across HQ / management / shop floor. The average cost per hire is £169 and falling.
