AIM

PBG wanted to attract highly experienced technical professionals by advertising on specialist niche media. They also wanted a recruitment solution that would complete the time consuming shortlisting, candidate communication & interview scheduling without the typical recruitment agency cost implication.

SOLUTION

Resourcing provided PBG with a FULL SERVICE package. The FULL SERVICE package began with targeted advertising. The broadcasting industry's trade magazine, Broadcast Magazine, was contacted and a 4 week online posting and a 5 week 12cm x 2cm print advert at a 75% rate card Discount was secured. As a result of the campaign, 45 candidates applied. Online Resourcing performed a first stage sift and short-listed 10 candidates who were invited to do online tests. 4 applicants were successful and asked to interview. The interview scheduling was performed by Online Resourcing on TALENTMATCH applicant tracking system. The overall result was the appointment of all 4 interviewees (1 full time and 3 freelance). Cost per hire was £375.
