As one of our Procurement Category Managers, your major responsibility will be to work in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to manage the end-to-end procurement and commercial requirements for specific spend categories, in particular, the Facilities Management Category Area.

About the role
The main focus is Facilities Management which is a broad portfolio that requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, therefore project management skills are key to succeeding in this role. The role covers traditional PPE, cleaning, security, waste management, stationary, building maintenance, therefore a background in this sector is desirable, with experience of additional direct and indirect categories.

Other key deliverables include:
- Comfortable drafting and negotiating contract terms and conditions
- Influencing all levels of management
- Able to meet objectives and targets

About you
- High levels of motivation, energy and enthusiasm
- Willingness to go the extra mile and work additional hours to achieve targets
- A professional approach to all stakeholders, with a real customer-focus
- Great organisational skills, especially around workload planning and consistently delivering to timescales
- Educated at least to ‘A’ Level (or equivalent), preferably with a Degree or equivalent qualification
