HR Operations Manager- 18 month Fixed Term Contract
Lead three teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end HR Operations service for Arqiva, global leader in communications infrastructure.
£53-65,000pa + bonus & comprehensive benefits
As HR Operations Manager – Operations reporting to our Head of People Services, you’ll have three direct reports each with responsibility for a team: Payroll; Reporting and Administration, and our HR and Facilities Helpdesk. Collectively leading the teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service within budget and to deadlines, you’ll provide expert support and advice, whilst driving efficiency and consistency within the function. You’ll also be tasked with driving and creating team engagement, in addition to:
• building relationships within wider HR and the business to promote best practice and continuous improvement
• providing the best tools to deliver the service efficiently and effectively
Ideally but not essentially with a CIPD qualification and experience/qualifications in employment law, you must have a proven track record managing HR operation teams in a busy environment, preferably encompassing payroll, administration and helpdesk. Experience of PeopleSoft would also be beneficial. With experience of bringing teams together and helping them work collectively in the most effective way, you’re also familiar with data protection best practice, in addition to HR and payroll processes.
