Team Administrator - Maternity Cover

Combine your strong Administrative, Organisational and MS Office skills in this wide-ranging Fixed Term role with Arqiva, the global leader in communications infrastructure.

£18,000 - 27,500 plus 5% bonus + corporate benefits package

As Team Assistant to the Terrestrial Broadcast team, you'll be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Service Management, Operations Support, and Field Operations teams as well as the Head of Service Management and Head of Operations Support. That will involve: calendar management, booking meeting rooms and arranging meetings on and off-site, and facilitate site management at the iconic Emley Moor operations. You’ll also capture minutes and actions as per the team needs.
Other key responsibilities include:

• Management of all travel bookings and accommodation for the team and emergency bookings for incident related travel
• Liaise with others to request, collate and produce information to support management/team responsibilities

In addition to general office administration, you’ll also hold a full driving licence as there may be occasional travel.

A vital member of the team, you’ll have a proven track record in a fast-paced administrative role. Really strong organisational skills are absolutely essential, including the ability to produce written responses to direct letters/emails. Your first-class MS Office skills and strong Word skills in particular will be vital for maintaining records, databases, and reporting. Office 365 would be advantageous.
