We want our customers to have an easy and effortless experience! Your key role as Customer Service Advisor is to deliver outstanding customer service by taking ownership and effectively managing our customer requests and queries to completion. You will be responsible for handing calls and managing other customer interactions. Your calls involve processing inbound sales enquiries, orders and credit notes promptly and accurately, as well as proactively managing outbound calls as required. A proven track record of outstanding customer service combined with commercial awareness will make you our type of person! You will be able to demonstrate IT proficiency to utilise our internal Customer Relationship Manager and SAP systems.

More specifically, the Customer Service Advisor role also involves:
• maximising all customer sales opportunities, either cross-selling or up-selling
• accurately inputting and closing orders at every opportunity
• helping customers resolve any invoice issues providing prompt payment solutions
• negotiating prices for our customers
• supporting sales promotions
• complaint handling with a desire to get to the root cause.

This is a full-time position, and will cover 37.5 hours per week over Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm.
