UK wide role, location flexible. Ideally Midlands because of travel.
Base salary circa £85,000, plus bonus, car, healthcare etc and broad ranging benefits package

This key role is with an award winning significant UK PLC which is a manufacturer and installer of home improvement products for the retail customer. The company has a significant footprint in the UK, is growing and operates through a network of 13 regional depots and 100 branch staff which is supported by a team of c 500 professional installers. With a deep rooted reputation for its products and a commitment to customer service, this key role, which reports into Board level, carries responsibility for ensuring that the customer’s experience is world-class through the delivery of an unrivalled customer installation process. You will be given lots of autonomy and scope to make your mark on the business ensuring that there is an effective strategy for installations operating at branch level with clearly defined KPI’s in place and a commitment to delight the customer being evident throughout. As there are established teams in place the role will involve significant elements of leadership, coaching and mentoring to ensure that the company’s targets are achieved. A high calibre graduate qualified, commercially minded Head of Installations is required. You will have a real strength in high volume home installations delivery, be up to date with health and safety ensuring a “safety first” culture is in place and be comfortable with the many demands associated with the home refurbishment marketplace. With regard to specific sector experience areas of interest to the client include, but are not limited, to windows, doors, conservatories, roofing, security systems, bathrooms, kitchens, home improvements, solar energy, satellite or domestic appliances.
