In this key role as Business Analyst you will help to drive global change and continuous improvement for International Personal Finance. You will be working as part of the Global IT team, based in Warsaw and working on our digital platform for Provident markets.

As a Business Analyst reporting to our Business Analysis Manager, you will support our Global Business Change programme by identifying, capturing and documenting process and system improvements within a continuous improvement culture. Seeking cost-effective solutions to problems, by questioning and challenging you will develop proposals for changing business processes and systems through the analysis of organisation, process and systems. That will involve working with business and IT colleagues to deliver change through each stage of the project life-cycle. In addition to ensuring we meet all regulatory/ legislative requirements, other key deliverables as a Senior Business Analyst include:
• contributing to the development of the IPF project framework
• leading project workshops to gain understanding of problems and shape requirements
• leading requirements definition and thinking internationally
• coaching and mentoring colleagues.

Degree-qualified (2:2 or above), or equivalent, and ideally with a BCS Business Analysis International Diploma or similar, you must have a proven track record leading the analysis of large-scale, complex business change in a dynamic and changing environment, ideally in financial services and delivering digital/on line solutions. Your experience of working with international business stakeholders and offshore development teams complements that of working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Highly commercial, with a strong, creative, analytical approach, you can articulate thoughts and solutions in a logical manner and are a proven problem-solver. Experienced in designing and facilitating requirements gathering workshops involving multiple functions and nationalities, you speak fluent English and have excellent all-round communication and presentation skills. You can also offer:

• the flexibility to travel approximately 25% of the time to Prague and Leeds (UK) Head Office.
