This role will be based in Warsaw as part of part of the on the ground team in Poland, this is a hands-on role that provides the key interface between the IPFD Poland and external suppliers.

In our team you will be responsible for:
• Cooperating with external suppliers; managing incoming requests and act as a point of contact.
• Searching, identifying and setting up cooperation with new vendors/ external suppliers in order to cover the business needs on Polish market
• Ensuring the current approval processes is applied and followed within the organisation.
• Reviewing by evaluating suppliers for quality, pricing, delivery timeliness to achieve maximum value for money
• Conducting other business activities within vendor management processes ensuring the services are delivered, relationship and risks managed;
• Being responsible for creating registries of vendors including the legal documentation.
• Supporting preparation to Procurement Quarterly Business Reviews and participating the meetings with Line Manager.
• Being responsible for preparation, with the close cooperation with Line Manager, the monthly budget reserves for Polish market.
• Cooperating with IPF Digital Legal / TAX / Finance Team as well as with local business stakeholders on securing IPF Group interests in the contracts with third parties and assuring that proper contract administration is in place.
• Supporting the events creation for whole IPF Digital organisation, including preparing Annual Conference if needed.

What do we need from you:
• Educated to degree level in Finance and/or Procurement area
• Proven track record of purchasing and vendor management
• Experience in direct work with suppliers and vendors
• Knowledge of Procurement principles, practices, techniques and tools.
• Great customer service approach.
• Commercial acumen, demonstrating a strong, creative analytical approach with attention to details and ability to articulate thoughts & solutions in a logical manner.
• Proven problem-solving ability & negotiation skills
• Ability to prepare and deliver reports, analysis and presentations.
• Ability to question others, shape and confirm ideas and solve problems creatively.
• Ability to manage activity and deliver value to multiple tasks at the same time.
• Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential)
• Positive mind set – ‘can-do attitude’
