Sales Negotiator - Full Time - Competitive Package

LIV is a leading provider of services and management consultancy for residential property assets throughout the UK. Our clients include private and institutional clients including major investment funds, banks, property companies, freeholders, resident management companies and developers.

We are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our busy PRS team. Working from home and visiting developments across Southern England and the Home Counties you will deal with and respond to Lettings enquiries promptly and professionally, arrange and carry out viewings and successfully let the apartments.

The Sales Negotiator will need to be flexible and prepared to work regular Saturdays and may need to stay away from home once or twice a week.

A professional and confident communicator, who builds rapport and trust easily, the Sales Negotiator will have a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service on each and every contact with prospective tenants. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage time to deliver against fluid deadlines are essential.

Previous experience of working in the property or sales is advantageous.
