CRM Analyst works as part of the Marketing hub team supporting the entire IPF Digital business. A qualified candidate will have excellent communication and written skills and should have experience interacting with clients who could truly bring analysis expertise to the table.

This role will be based in Warsaw but with responsibility for projects across all Digital operations and markets.

In our team you will be responsible for:
• Contribute to the functional design and configuration of the CRM solution including campaigns preparation and further evaluation,
• Be responsible for ad-hoc analysis, preparing customer’s segmentation and identifying customer’s profiles,
• Contribute to adjust x-sell/up-sell offers to customer’s profiles,
• Seek for constant improvement in CRM decision tools, practices and solutions,
• Deliver a range of complex solutions, working with marketing team members across the group to agreed standards and timescales,
• Provide advice on how to optimise dedicated business area,
• Provide analytical insight by examining the best ways to utilise data through technical solutions that can impact business strategy and add value,
• You will support the wider marketing team on end-to-end campaign management; including multi-channel planning, execution, reporting and providing recommendations,
• Report insights back to the Sales& Marketing Director in regard to campaign analysis - providing recommendations on future campaigns.

What do we need from you:
• Strong knowledge and experience with databases language SQL,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy,
• Knowledge and practical experience of tools available to support CRM campaigns generation as an advantage,
• Spot issues and opportunities and acts upon them quickly!
• Creativity and an aptitude for problem solving,
• Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential),
• Able to travel internationally for business meetings as required,
• Sense of humour! :)
