An exciting opportunity selling Satellite & Media portfolio at Arqiva, the top-tier broadcasting services provider.

As Sales and Account manager reporting to our Head of Sales for France, you’ll develop Satellite & Media Broadcast business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing accounts and developing new clients and promoting a portfolio of product and solutions for linear and non-linear media management and distribution. That’ll involve working closely with our product, sales, business development (BD) and technical and operational teams to become a key member of our sales teams. Generating customer engagement, understanding and sharing your customer business models you will use consultative selling techniques to identify and define the product and solutions best suited to your customer challenge... Other key deliverables include:
• providing analysis and insight for product line
• building and promoting customer teams with colleagues our product and technology teams
• representing Arqiva on selected trade shows.

A degree level qualification in Business management (or similar) would be desirable but most important is proven sales experience within the TV Broadcast market or closely related industry. You will be familiar with complex sales and long sales cycle as well as working on a wide range of services. You’ll ideally be involved in new media services such as Playout automation, Media Management, Post Production, DRM, Multi-Screen OTT, CDN and VOD - with a good understanding of the market. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to engage with customers ‘team at any level and inspire trust. You can also offer:
• strong proven selling skills
• the ability to spot the opportunity and how it needs to be developed to win business
• the ability to grasp new technical concepts and technologies rapidly
• tenacity and flexibility, with a willingness to travel when required
• Fluent in English and French.
