Attractive Salary & Benefits

Aggregate Industries is a member of the LafargeHolcim Group and a leading supplier of traditional and sustainable construction materials to major building and construction customers. With over 4,000 employees and operations across the UK, we’re committed to helping create a better built environment.

The key to this Marketing Communications Co-ordinator role is to support our B2B Marketing Communications Manager in the implementation of our marketing strategy, creating compelling marketing communications to attract and retain profitable customers and reflect our business objectives. You’ll work with our partner agencies to design and deliver communications across the whole marketing mix, including e-comms. You’ll need to develop methods of understanding our customers, competitors and future trends within our industry and within marketing communications, in addition to:
• ensuring all spend is in line with departmental budgets
• measuring success against metrics
• complying with internal policies, procedures and plans, whilst ensuring that Health & Safety is held in the highest regard.

Preferably with 1-2 years Marketing experience, the Marketing Communications Co-ordinator will already have a proven marketing track record, including e-comms, with a hands-on approach and the keenness to champion the customer across the business whilst reflecting our brand values. Comfortable working across multi-functional teams and with the confidence to work with people at all levels, you should have a positive, can-do attitude, plenty of self-motivation and initiative, underpinned by analytical, financial, business and report-writing skills. Pragmatic and IT-literate, with real customer-focus, you can also ideally offer:
• industry and product knowledge
• a good feel for the competition
• good geographical knowledge.

Inclusion at Aggregate Industries means embracing and celebrating differences and encouraging a workplace and culture where employees feel their differences are valued and that they belong to the team and the company.
