Working as part of a team in a dedicated area to achieve sales, business targets and goals is key to this Territory Sales Manager role for Bradstone, part of the Concrete Products Division. Building and sustaining high-quality customer relationships and raising the profile of Aggregate Industries, you will win new business through our Merchant partners whilst driving sales and building relationships through our Landscaper partnerships to drive revenue and margin. You will need to produce accurate forecasts and develop your sales plan; additionally you will develop a comprehensive grasp of both our full product range and competitor activity. The responsibilities of a Territory Sales Manager for Aggregate Industries also include:


• The ability to develop existing customer base through establishing meaningful relationships with key personnel that allows the optimum identification of potential benefits /opportunities for Concrete Products and the wider Aggregate Industries portfolio
• keeping our customer relationship management system (CRM) up-to-date
• close liaison with our Credit Services team to manage customer accounts in respect of both credit limits and cash collection

To apply for the Territory Sales Manager you will need a proven sales track record. You will have organisational, planning and time management skills and be a robust negotiator and influencer, ideally with analytical, budgetary and financial skills. As well as this you will also have:

• effective all round communication
• good report writing capabilities
• strengths around questioning and information-seeking/research
• IT-literacy
• good geographical knowledge of the area
• some experience of CRM systems is preferable.

The territory of the role will be covering the North East and Central Belt of Scotland areas.
